Yoga for Anxiety

Have you ever felt so overwhelmed with anxiety that you haven't known quite what to do?

This workshop will look at how movement through yoga can be helpful in reducing the effects of anxiety.

We will combine movement and breathwork, using techniques that can positively impact the nervous system to help create a feeling of safety.

We will explore how the body, mind and breath feels in the present moment which means you can be in control of your yoga practice and identify what you need at different times.  This can also be used off the mat in every day life.

We will use affirmations as we move through the practice to help us feel connected.

The workshop will close with a guided meditation and shavasana.
