Children are the absolute key to the future of our planet.  And I believe it's never too early to teach them yoga!

My classes are suitable for primary school aged children and can be taught as a regular activity or as a one off workshop.

As well as yoga postures, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness is also included in the classes.

I love to see the children use their imagination in stories and watch their crazy creativity with their yoga poses!

There are so many amazing benefits to children practicing yoga, here are just a few:
