Mindful Meditation and Breathwork
Have you ever just sat and noticed your breath or the content of your mind?
In todays world we are constantly on the go and can very easily forget that we all need time to restore our minds as well as our bodies.
This class provides space for you to sit, observe your thoughts and notice your breath. There will be a chance to learn techniques to consciously change your breath in order to move from what has become our normal mode of fight or flight into a more calmer place of rest and digest.
Take some time to sit in stillness and be within your own body and your own mind.
