Participating in Yoga Nidra allows us to tap into the subconscious mind, During Yoga Nidra, the practitioner experiences brain wave patterns akin to sleep and dream states, and even beyond.
When you are in the space of Yoga Nidra, there is nothing you need to do apart from listen to the sound of my voice. I will become your companion as I guide you through the practice.
