Refund Policy

Regular Classes

Regular classes can be cancelled and rescheduled up to 4 hours before the class starts.

This 4-hour window is there to give others the opportunity to take your place if your circumstances change and you are unable to attend.

If you cancel a class within 4 hours of the class start time, it cannot be transferred to another date, and you will lose the class. If you cancel a class, it can only be rescheduled once, and the new date needs to be within 4 weeks of the original booking.

Refunds will not be given for regular classes.

Courses, Events and Workshops

If you wish to cancel your place on a course, event or workshop, fees cannot be refunded unless I am able to fill your space in a reasonable time frame of the course, event or workshop beginning. 

If your place cannot be filled, then a refund will not be given.

Retreats

If you wish to cancel your place on a retreat, payments are not refundable and cannot be transferrable to future retreats.
