My pregnancy yoga classes offer you a safe, friendly and comfortable space from 13 weeks of pregnancy right through to birth.

I aim to help Mum's-to-be to tune into their bodies, connect with their babies and find their inner strength. 


By noticing what your body and baby are asking for, we can learn to slow down and invite a calmness and softness into our pregnancy while building strength and stamina.


Classes are specially designed to flow gently, offer breathing exercises along with meditation and vocal toning. 


You will be empowered to own your own birth and trust your inner wisdom.

Pregnancy had been an anxious time for me from the moment I saw the positive pregnancy test and following a discussion with my midwife it was suggested that I look into some gentle exercise which would help strengthen my body for birth and relax my mind. 
I started attending pregnancy yoga with Zara when I was in my third trimester and from my first class I was hooked. I wish I had started sooner! The pace of the class was prefect for my ever-growing bump and Zara took time to understand what worked for me. Thursday nights quickly became my favourite time of the week, a bit of “me” time for me and my bump. Feeling her wiggle away whilst in Shavasana, when you are meant to feel stillness filled me with such joy. 
I made friends with so many mums to be and felt a real sense of community. 
Zara became an integral part of my pregnancy journey and I cannot thank her enough for that.
