Sport in Mind

Transforming the lives and mental health of children and adults through sport and physical activity

I am very excited to be one of the coaches in Cherwell, Oxfordshire, for Sport in Mind. 

Sport in Mind are a UK charity that uses sport and exercise to improve the lives of people experiencing mental health problems.

It is evidence based that yoga can have a profound positive effect on peoples physical and mental health which is why this charity is so important to our local community.

If you are struggling with your mental health and would like to join a free yoga class in Bicester, this is where to find us:

Every Wednesday from 12noon - 1pm

Langford Village Community Center, 8 Nightingale Place, Bicester, OX26 6XX

There is plenty of parking available and the hall is lovely and spacious with toilet facilities.

All of the Sport in Mind classes are suitable for all abilities of fitness.

Charity Yoga Day for The Silver Star Society - We Raised £548.13 -
On Saturday 26th March 2022

Our Charity Yoga Day for The Silver Star Society based at the John Radcliffe Hospital raised £548.13


The day was full of sunshine, yoga outside, local stalls and community spirit.

The children had fun with Children's yoga, there were lots of animals, music, dancing and beautiful sitting.


I would like to personally thank the following people for supporting me with stalls on the day and also providing raffle prizes:
