Step up Your Hatha with a little flow......
If you like Hatha but want a little more flow, then this is your class.
There is still an emphasis on holding poses but with a little more flow between each one.
Breath work is key in moving between the poses as well as maintaining good alignment while in the pose itself.
Mindfulness will be part of the classes to encourage release and relaxation in the mind and body.
This class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life.
