With a focus on alignment and breath
Hatha Yoga is one of the most accessible practices for complete beginners.
There is more emphasis on holding a pose for longer, combining gentle postures with breath work, mindfulness and meditation to encourage release and relaxation in the mind and body.
Hatha classes will encourage the body to strengthen and to release tension. It aims to stabilize and calm the mind and to work deeply but not fast.
There will be a chance to deepen postures depending on your level of yoga experience. Options will be given throughout the class.
A slow flow option is also available should you wish to move a little more as you transition between poses.
This class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life.
