7 week Beginners Course
Come and join me in this safe, supportive and friendly 7 week beginners yoga course.
Together we will be exploring and learning the core basics of Hatha yoga including postures, breath work and meditation.
Each week we will be building on your practice at a pace that suits you. There will always be time to rest during class and focus on how your body feels.
The course is suitable for everyone no matter your physical fitness, age, gender or body shape. If you have any injuries or health concerns discuss these with me before booking your place.
The group is kept purposefully small to ensure that everyone feels comfortable, inclusive and able to ask questions as we move through the course.

By the end of the 7 weeks you will be confident in joining regular classes like my Simply Hatha or if you would prefer you can always repeat the beginners course again.
I supply all equipment needed for the duration of the course.
At the end of the course I offer a discount on Yoga Starter Kits for if you wish to continue with your practice.
The only thing you will need to bring to class is yourself and a blanket to get cosy for the relaxation at the end.
As we will be practising together, it may be a good idea to have a look at the COVID19 policy below and familiarise yourself with the measures that will be in place to ensure everyone's safety.
